Originally from Buffalo, New York, the Sinski family relocated to Dunedin, Florida, where they’ve cultivated a construction company that values communication, transparency, and reliability just as much as technical skill.

What It’s Like to Work With Us
"Back In the 80’s, my in laws bought a low rise condo on clearwater beach. Since then, my wife, kids and I have been coming down from Youngstown, Ohio at least a couple weeks every year. In 2015 we finally got to a point where we were able to buy a 1st floor condo unit of our own. One Sunday morning, 2 years or so after we bought the place, we woke up at 7:00 AM to 2-3” of water flooding the floor in our condo. There was a 2” water main that runs under the building that had broken and was bubbling up thru the wall spaces of our condo. I turned the 2” water main off to our building, then asked a good friend in my building if he knew anybody that could help us. He gave Ben Sinski’s (Secure Equities Inc) phone number and I gave him a call. This is what happened immediately after that:
A water leak sound specialist came to my condo and located exactly where the water leak was below our building. Then Ben and his brothers tore out a cast iron tub, jack hammered an access hole thru our concrete floor, exposing the broken 2” water main. A handy band/ temporary repair was put on the broken line. We turned the water main back on. All of this before the end of that SUNDAY. The water pressure was restored to our building for a first time customer in the SAME day…..amazing!
Well ever since then Secure Equity has been the prime contractor for all the work done in our condo. Secure Equities worked with me to completely changed the floor plan and totally remodel the entire place. This included: All new tile floors, all new walk in closets, all new interior doors, all new exterior doors, all new drywall, all new ceilings, all new HVAC, all new appliances installed, all new laundry closet, all new electrical panel, all new plumbing, all new cabinets and counters in both bathes and kitchen, all new toilets, all new glass doors in both bathes, EVERYTHING was made new and updated. Secure didn’t miss a thing. This place has tripled in value and is easily the nicest and most comfortable/functional condo in our building. That is because Secure Equity was involved in everything."
